My name is William Dick and I am the Director of Alba Alliance Ltd.

I was made redundant from the Ministry Of Justice in May 2011 after spending nine years working for the Collections Unit at the Whakatane District Court. I spent the first four years as a Court Bailiff and the remaining five as the Team Leader/Manager of the Collections Unit. 

As such I have a sound understanding of debt recovery along with the skills and capabilities to recover outstanding debt.

I also have a vast knowledge of the Eastern Bay of Plenty area and since 2002, I have built strong relationships with local Police, Lawyers,

Tow Companies, Kaumatua and the local auctioneer.

I have achieved certificates in Health and Safety, Self Safe Training and Managing Difficult Behaviours.

I am offering myself as a Process Server and Debt Recovery agent and am willing to cover anywhere in the North Island. I am a fully licenced Private Investigator and Repossession Agent under the new PSPLA rules, in force since June 2015.
